Space Skills Summit

This is the UK’s first space skills conference, organised by Space Skills Alliance and SpaceCareers.uk. It will be hosted by Viasat.
The Space Skills Summit will feature a mix of presentations, discussions and practical workshops on a wide range of skills topics such as:
- Better aligning education and training with employers’ needs
- Attracting people from outside the sector
- Recruiting fairly and effectively
- Supporting student competitions and projects
- Taking on apprentices and graduates
- Learning from other sectors
Who should attend?
This conference is for anyone in the space industry involved in recruitment, training, retention, diversity, outreach and other skills topics. That includes:
- Employers and recruiters
- Education and training providers
- Outreach providers
- Policymakers
- Learned societies
- Anyone working on space skills
This not an event for students or job seekers. (The event organiser has a limited amount of space available, so it reserves the right to refund your ticket if you do not have an appropriate link to space skills work.)
