Celestial Fix Ltd provides strategic consultancy services to the space sector, specialising in government relations across the civil and defence sectors.

Its CEO, Ian Annett, is the former Deputy CEO of the UK Space Agency, responsible for all national civil space programmes including delivery of the UK Launch and GNSS programmes as the senior responsible official in Government. He also had a career in the Royal Navy where he was the RN’s CIO and head of Information Warfare and the Programme Manager for Skynet 6 and the MOD’s enterprise IT programmes. Ian led the Review and Challenge Panel on space for the 2024/25 Strategic Defence Review on behalf of the Secretary of State for Defence. This expertise enables Celestial Fix Ltd to provide advice on programme delivery, policy writing and strategy for a wide range of companies from Primes to startups and those wishing to enter the space sector in the UK.
