The appointment as a GX Enterprise VAR also serves to expand Satcom Global’s portfolio of products for remotely located, land-based users. The combination of portable terminals and reliable high-speed broadband, is expected to generate significant demand from a new generation of end-users. Satcom Global also anticipates strong interest from its news broadcast customers, seeking more powerful, reliable connectivity to meet the growing demands for live news gathering wherever and whenever a story breaks.
Ronald Spithout, President, Inmarsat Maritime, said: “We are pleased to continue supporting Satcom Global in their mission to support mobile and remote customers, and we look forward to enhancing our collaboration with a valued and long-standing partner.”
