The UK Space Agency is providing the opportunity for up to eight industry partners to join the Agency as co-exhibitors on the UK Pavilion at the 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Milan, Italy from 14-18 October 2024.

The IAC is one of the largest and most prestigious annual international space conferences, with over 9,500 delegates and 250 exhibitors from right across the space sector and beyond.

In 2024, the UK Space Agency will be gold sponsors of the IAC and will have a UK Pavilion Stand located in a prime position, in one of the heaviest areas of footfall, – adjacent to the main entrances/exits to the event.

Exhibiting at IAC offers a unique opportunity to build relationships, business leads and sales while promoting your brand on a truly global scale.

The cost to co-exhibit on the UK Pavilion Stand will be £6,000 (Incl. VAT) per company:

This includes:

  • One side of a free standing, double-sided pod within the UK Pavilion Stand
  • Each pod will include a screen and will be branded with your organisation’s logo and graphics
  • Your organisation’s logo will be featured, alongside other participating industry, as part of a two-page advertisement in the IAC programme, received by every
  • 1 complimentary Exhibitor Pass per company.

How to Apply

If your company would like to co-exhibit at the 75th IAC alongside the UK Space Agency, please submit the online Industry EOI Form by midday on Monday 12 August 2024.

Please note, this is a competitive process, submitting an EOI form does not automatically guarantee you a place on the UK Pavilion.

Selection Process

Applications will be assessed by a panel, with questions 7, 8 and 10 on the Industry EOI Form being assigned a score.

The UK Space Agency wants to ensure diversity of exhibitors in terms of company size, location and sector, therefore, while not scored, questions 3, 4, 9 and 11 will be taken into consideration during the final selection.

Successful applicants will be notified on 19 August, those who have not been selected will be notified shortly after.

Please ensure the point of contact provided is available between 19-28 August.

Timeline

  • EOI Competition dates (22 July – 12 August * 12pm deadline)
  • UKSA to notify companies (successful and unsuccessful) (19 August)
  • Deadline for Industry to confirm participation (23 August)
  • Contracts sent to companies (26 August)
  • Deadline for contracts to be returned (28 August)
