KI Bid Consulting was formed in early 2025 by Kelly Instrell to help businesses navigate the often complex bidding landscape of the European Space Agency (ESA). Kelly is the author of ‘Bidding for ESA Contracts: The Essential Guide’, a ‘hub’ of information about bidding into ESA.

KI Bid Consulting is the delivery partner for the UK Space Agency’s ESA Proposal Advice Service, which supports businesses through collaboration and bid reviews ahead of submission. In addition, KI Bid Consulting supports businesses through training and organisational development of bid teams.
