Launch UK graphic11 February 2019 – The UK Space Agency has created a new Gov.uk web page dedicated to commercial spaceflight from the UK.

The new LaunchUK central point of information is designed to clearly explain ‘How we are promoting and regulating spaceflight from the UK’. It includes detailed guidance on:

  • The Outer Space Act 1986 and how this fits into the Spaceflight Programme
  • Further explanation on understanding the Space Industry Act 2018
  • The latest figures from our Size and Health survey on the UK space industry

The page will continue to be updated as the Spaceflight programme develops.
