SUMMARY:RHEA Talk webinar: Digital Twins – For a More Secure and Sustainable World
DESCRIPTION:RHEA Group is hosting a free one-hour webinar on 26 October\, when industry experts will explain how digital twins are benefiting different market sectors. For instance\, how can a digital replica of the Earth help us to understand our planet past\, present and future? \nThe European Commission has created a Destination Earth (DestinE) programme aimed to develop\, on a global scale\, a highly accurate digital model of the Earth to monitor and help predict the interaction between natural phenomena and human activities. It is part of the European Union’s Green Deal Strategy to protect the environment and curb greenhouse emissions in line with the Paris Agreement and to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees. \nDuring this webinar\, the expert panel will provide an overview of the DestinE programme and share an insight into how avatars and AI are being used to reach new frontiers in space and defence. Doug Wiemer\, RHEA’s Chief Technology Officer for Cyber will also detail how digital twins technology is being used in security for space. \nRegister for this webinar to learn about digital twins and how their supporting a more secure and sustainable world.
