EAR Dual Use Export Controls Briefing At 09.15 – 10.45 on Thursday 17th July 2014 To be given by representatives from the U.S. Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS) ITAR Export Controls Briefing At 11.15 – 12.45 on Thursday 17th July 2014 To be given by representatives from the U.S. Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and the U.S. Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) In addition, one-on-one counselling sessions will also be available on both subjects at the Airshow. The US Government team is expected to comprise:

• Kelly Gardner, Senior Policy Advisor, Sensors and Aviation Division, BIS, US DoC
• Dennis Krepp, Director, Sensors and Aviation Division, BIS, US DoC
• Robert DeSilva, Senior Aerospace Engineer, DTSA, US DoD
• Robert Warren, Chief, Aircraft Division, DDTC, US DoS
• Alex Douville, Licensing Officer, Space and Missile Technology Division, DDTC, US DoS

Bookings must be received by Thursday 3 July 2014. Attendance at these briefings will be FREE.  However, mandatory registration must be completed for both the briefings and counseling sessions.  In order to encourage attendance on the day, please note that there is a £150.00 per person RETURNABLE registration deposit – those who attend will be handed their deposit back on arrival, whilst those who book, but do not attend without notifying us by Friday 11 July 2014, will forfeit their monies.
